Web content & design at Bose

Real pages, published at scale, for a global audio brand. As part of a four-person cross-functional team I helped build, QA, and maintain e-commerce and marketing content across six global sites.

The work

Bose delivers immersive audio experiences across a global e-commerce and marketing web presence. As part of a lean four-person team, I work directly with cross-functional stakeholders — marketing, UX, engineering, and external agency partners — to publish and maintain content that spans product launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.

All updates and changes are managed through Jira to ensure clear ticketing, workflow organization, and accountability across the team.

My contributions

CMS content publishing

Built and maintained pages in Contentstack and Adobe Experience Manager, translating design and marketing briefs into structured, scalable content configurations across preview, staging, and production environments.

QA & cross-environment testing

Defined and executed QA processes across environments to ensure content accuracy, layout consistency, and go-live readiness before each deployment. Caught and resolved issues before they reached production.

Platform migration support

Served as the lead team member for Bose's migration from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, helping transition six global websites to a new platform. Led content translation and QA, established workflows to keep cross-functional teams aligned, and managed publishing to deliver a smooth, on-time launch.

Influencer & campaign collaborations

Took primary ownership of executing website designs for high-profile collaborations including Coco Gauff, BonBon and KidSuper — building pages that aligned with both Bose brand standards and partner campaign goals.

SEO & content structure

Advised on content structure, implemented structured metadata, title tags, meta descriptions, and clean URL hierarchies to improve search visibility and content discoverability across digital experiences.

What this work shows

Working at Bose taught me how to ship at scale. From global platform migrations to limited-edition brand collaborations, every release required balancing design systems, content strategy, engineering constraints, and cross-functional communication while keeping dozens of moving pieces aligned.

It's also where my support engineering background became directly useful. Understanding how CMS systems, staging environments, and deployment pipelines work meant I could troubleshoot faster, communicate more precisely with engineering, and anticipate problems before they hit production.
